EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE)- The suspect of this weekend's east side Walmart shooting made a court appearance Tuesday in Evansville.
Tuesday afternoon, Isaiah Green appeared in circuit court. Due to the seriousness of these charges and Green's prior record, the judge ruled Green now on $100,000 cash-only bond.
She says Green is to have no contact with shooting victim 30-year-old Tavon Burns or the woman who was riding in Burn's car Sunday night.
The judge says Green is also not allowed on any Walmart property.
We spoke to a family member of Green Tuesday, who declined comment.
Green is scheduled to appear in court again on Friday, May 10.
Sergeant Jason Cullum with EPD says police don't expect any more arrests in connection with the shooting.
Cullum says police spent several hours searching for Green's gun in fields surrounding the Arbors at Eastland on Monday morning after Green's arrest, but they didn't find the gun. Police say if you do know where it is, leave it alone and call police.
