On Site Commissary Sale coming to Armory | Events

Military ID cardholders can take advantage of savings on popular grocery items at a special commissary On-Site Sale which is being sponsored by the Fort Knox Commissary and hosted by the 1-163rd Field Artillery Indiana Army National Guard.

The event will be held on November 2, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and November 3rd, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; the sale will begin a half hour early on both days for shoppers with disabilities. The sale will take place in the Evansville National Guard Armory, located at 3300 East Division Street.

Sale items include paper products, soap and cleaning products, canned goods, sodas, sport drinks, water, laundry detergents, and a variety of other products at savings of 30 percent or more.Cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards are accepted for payment. The use of coupons is highly encouraged.

Authorized commissary shoppers include National Guard and Reserve members, Active-Duty service members, Retirees, and Dependents. Customers must present a valid Department of Defense identification card that authorizes commissary privileges in order to shop.
