Drop-off recycling at Wesselman Park Saturday | Environment

On Saturday, November 17, the Vanderburgh County Solid Waste District will hold a drop-off recycling day at Wesselman Park from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. The following items will be accepted for recycling at the program:

• newspaper                                        
• mixed household paper
• cardboard                                          
• magazines & catalogs
• aluminum cans                 
• steel cans
• glass containers
• #1 & #2 plastic bottles

The District has contracted with Wesselman Nature Society to operate the drop-off programs. The next recycling day will be held at old Walmart west on December 8.
